Andrew DeCristoforo
Chief Operations Officer
Andy joined Allegheny in 1990 as Assistant Controller and, over the next twelve and a half years, rose to Chief Financial Officer. After a period with other flooring contractors, he returned to Allegheny in 2007 as Chief Operations Officer.
Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Salem State. He later returned to the classroom to complete Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Continuing Education program in Construction, an intensive four-course study of estimating, plan reading, and related disciplines. The program deepened his command of the industry and strengthened the support he brings to his team. Andy has served on the NEFCA board since 2006.

Robert Mandile
Vice President, Carpet & Resilient Division
Bob Mandile is Allegheny’s longest-serving employee and one of the pillars of the company. He joined Allegheny in 1984, straight out of Tufts University with a degree in engineering, and has given the company 42 years — his entire career.
Bob started as an estimator, became Project Manager in 1989, and was named Vice President of the Carpet & Resilient Division in 2009. Today he leads Allegheny’s sales as President of Sales while continuing to manage his own accounts. For more than four decades, his dedication, tireless work ethic, and loyalty to clients and colleagues have shaped the way Allegheny does business.

Al Rolli
Vice President, Ceramic Division
Before his arrival at Allegheny in 2011, Al owned his own company, Rolli Marble & Tile, for 21 years, shortly after graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 1988. Al began as a Senior Account Manager at Allegheny. He then was promoted to General Manager and finally to VP of Ceramic Tile & Stone Division in 2015. He is personally certified through Crossville for Laminam large format panels and Allegheny is the only certified installer of these panels in the Boston area.

Luigi Musto
Field Supervisor & Operations Manager, Ceramic Division
Luigi started his tile career as a helper and finisher and worked his way up to tile mechanic. He then joined Allegheny in 2008 as a foreman and continued to move up the ladder to supervisor in 2010 and finally to operations manager in 2012. Luigi is very knowledgeable about tile and stone and works closely with the installers in the field to ensure a high-quality installation resulting in a beautiful finished product and appreciative clients.
